Machrihanish Golf Club is a mere 5 minutes drive away and is one of the World Championship Courses.  Jack Nicklaus rates its first hole as the World's Greatest Opening Hole.

Directions

Follow the A83 into Campbeltown until you meet Main Street in the town centre.  Turn right in to the town centre and take your second right following the road sign posted for Machrihanish and Southend.  On route you will pass the Heritage Centre and then the Creamery on your left.  Continue along this road until you pass block of flats on the left.  Redknowe is situated on the right hand side.
