Directions
DIRECTIONS FROM GLASGOW
Travel north over the Erskine (toll) Bridge from the M8, take the
A82 signposted to Crianlarich (left off the bridge). Travel up the
west side of Loch Lomond to Tarbet (not to be confused with
Tarbert) where the road becomes the A83 - the A82 turns off to
Crianlarich. Travel through Arrochar, over the Rest And Be
Thankful mountain pass, past Loch Fyne Oysters, Inveraray,
Lochgilphead (take first exit off each of the Lochgilphead
roundabouts) and head for Tarbert. The signs should all point to
Campbeltown. Take the A83 towards Campbeltown, after six
miles, just after the Kennacraig ferry terminal turn left onto the
B8001 (Carradale), a single track road, after about five miles
this turns into the B842. Continue south for about fifteen miles
to Carradale. Turn off onto the B879 (marked Carradale) and drive
through Carradale West to Carradale East. At the crossroads near
the bus stop you will see the sign for Dunvalanree, turn right and we are
right at the end of that road, about half a mile.
