Accommodation
The park offers a
unique location based on the West coast of the Kintyre Peninsular,
Scotland. It makes an ideal location for island hopping with ferry
terminals to Arran, Gigha, Islay and Jura nearby.
Your pitch will be right beside the beach, making it ideal for young
families. Parents can sit and relax by their "van" whilst the
children play on the white sandy beach or paddle in the sea;
unobstructed views makes it easy on everyone. Plenty of rock pools
for exploring, wildlife to watch and the possibility of otters and
dolphins to spot.
Overview of the Holiday
Park
The Park is
un-commercialised with no shop, restaurant or club house. No
"I wants" will be heard on a frequent basis here ! However,
there is a village shop within 100 yards which caters for all
your basic needs including newspapers if you wish.
Muasdale also offers a quiet stay for those without families,
if you avoid peak times, making wildlife spotting even more
rewarding. Seals bask in the sun on the reef just offshore on
a daily basis. Stunning sunsets can be photographed if the
weather is right.
We are pleased to accept dogs, but ask that you clean up after
them at all times, on the park, in the village and especially
on the beach where children will be playing and digging.
We have 8 pitches available (all front pitches with stunning
sea views) these are booked on a first-come, first served
basis. At peak times it is advisable to book in advance with
a deposit of £20 to secure your pitch.
